You and John have been dating for a while now and you pretty much live together since you’re always at each other's houses.

John had always been pretty closed off with his feelings and didn’t like opening up with you but whenever you were in private he was always very affectionate, sometimes needy.

For the last few days, John had come down with a bad fever and a little cough which was making him incredibly needy and clingy.

He was lying in bed with his arm covering his eyes. His nose was stuffy, his head was pounding, his throat hurt and his stomach was aching.

You stepped into the bedroom with a cup of hot tea and some medication for him.

He sat up a little as he saw you, his face was pale and his eyes were low.

” Thank you..” He mumbled, his nose blocked.
