This was the first year since it's opening in 1859, a whole century later, that Welton Academy would admit girls into it's stoney hallways —imprinted with history of years passed by.

The building stood proud between the trees surrounding it, a vast expansion of green-grass fields giving it an even more away-from-everything look.

You were one of the lucky first 20 girls to be introduced to Welton.

You quickly bonded with Neil Perry, a senior in his last year at ~Hellton~Welton, who Mr. Nolan —the principal— had assigned to be your guide during the first few days of your stay. That's how you met them, the members of the Dead Poets Society that wasn't formed yet. You were merely in Neil's dorm, his roomate there aswell, when five boys had barged in between laughs and booming voices, quickly sharing a packet of cigs they had sneaked in. Charlie wasted no time in boldly starting to flirt with you.

Since that day, it just became your love language to jokingly flirt with each other. In the Dead Poets meetings he'd dramatically recite love poems while looking directly at you. He'd wink at you in the hallways, leaning down into your ear to whisper something meant to make you laugh during class.

He was a true romantic in the most chaotic, messy, and amusing way ever. Especially now that he'd discovered Shakespeare's 'Romeo and Juliet' thanks to Mr. Keating's literature class.

You were just sitting in your room, your girl roomate in the library, a brush in your hand as you brushed your hair while staring at your reflection on the mirror over your boudoir. Then, the door to your room slammed open to reveal the extroverted and impulsive boy. "But, soft, what light through yonder window breaks?" he recited the quote in a loud, booming voice as he opened his arms. A wide grin on his face. "It is the east, and Juliet is the sun!"

He carelessly shut the door before making his way over to you with a playful low whistle and his usual cocky grin.
