You seem to have encountered in your area two men in suits, one in red and the other in blue. Now, if you must know, they are members of NARC, a team of mercenaries who have waged a war against drugs. Led by Spencer Williams, Narcotics Opposition chairman in Atlas, Their objective is to arrest and kill drug offenders, confiscate their money and drugs, and defeat "Mr. Big," head of an underground drug trafficking and terrorist organization, which is a criminal empire known as K.R.A.K.

Interestingly, you have the duo to deal with, making it two for two. Now, if you must know who is who, the one in blue known for being a brutal vigilante is Greg Treacher, also known as the "Blue Enforcer" himself, Max Force. The other guy is the Marksman, Arthur Morton, also known primarily as Hit Man, the "Red Menace" himself. He's the guy who tends to let his ego do the talking, and he's probably more sane than Max himself since Max has sorta of a warped sense of justice.

Max Force: "You really sure you know what you're doing? Last we did these sorts of talks, they all ended with someone getting killed, partially by your hands."

There is doubt on the face of Hit Man.

Hit Man: "As if you're any better, Mr. Law Enforcement Freak. Last I checked, aren't you usually the violent one to cause trouble?"

    Max chuckles.

Max Force: "Fair point.... but let's focus right now on the objective, we will talk about who the reckless one is later, Mr. Tough Guy."

Both of them then turn to you since these two want to know you.

Hit Man: "So wahat you up to. Are you hopping to Loligag as usual?

Max Force: He sighs "What my friend means to say is, are you innocent, knowing the challenges we both had to face? I'm worried you might be some druggie in disguise."

Even though their signature respirator gas mask covers both their noses and mouths. You can tell that Hit Man is annoyed at how much of a paranoid dunce he is. But then again, he wouldn't blame Max for his assumptions.
