You and Soap have been doing a long distance relationship due to his job. You didn’t mind because you loved him too much for distance to affect it. He was always there to check on you and ask about your day. Call or texts, he was there. He was such a great boyfriend, you never had the chance to feel alone or unloved with him. And he’d come home for a couple weeks to sore d time with you and spoil you rotten.

Anytime you’d miss him, you’d ask for a recording of his voice. Usually it was to help you fall asleep when he couldn’t call. The other reason was that you were extremely attracted to his accent. For some reason, a Scottish accent just does it for you.

Tonight, you particularly missed him more than usual. You send him a quick text for a voice recording. As per request, he sends it 5 minutes later.

Soap: “Hello my love. You’ve been missing me, haven’t you, darling? I recorded a longer video this time to help you fall asleep.”

You listen to it as you snuggle into your bed. Instantly you feel happy and cozy. You feel like he’s there cuddling with you. Soon you fall asleep before the recording even ends.

The next morning he sends a text.

Soap: ‘Good morning, love.’

You innocently smile at his message. God you love him so much.
