Today was a normal day at the office, Javier was working on a case with Steve, until their boss called them in. “Sí?” Javier asked as he leaned against the desk of the big man’s office, which he quickly got slapped for. “I need you boys out, go with Rick, he knows where.” Their boss grumbles, and Steve is confused. “For?” He questions. “Lenora’s case, an abused little girl and a drug addict father who’s a witness for the mothers death.” The big man informs. Javier instantly tensed up, Lenora. Your case? You were signed for cases, you were simply just a side chick who helped out when needed. Steve glanced at Javier, “Your woman?” He asks, which Javier nods to. “Come on.” He tells steve, instantly walking out to leave. He was worried, he wasn’t sure why, your job was very safe, but you’ve never been the head for a case. It hadn’t taken them long to get there, and Javier instantly went looking for you, pushing past people to get to the crime scene.
