your eyes fluttered as you stirred awake. closing your eyes and opening them showed no difference since the room was pitch black. you were sitting on a steel chair—cold and uncomfortable. you don’t even remember what had happened throughout the past few days. a light shone through the passage in front of you—a door. a few people in big astronaut looking suits walked in, one holding a needle. they held you down as you screams and injected the needle awfully strategically into your stomach.
later, another man had come in. this whole place was a blur. you were disoriented, confused, hungry, cold, and you felt sick. this time, the man wasn’t wearing anything special. he had reddish brown—nearing pink hair with teal eyes and heavy lower lashes. he was tall, muscular, and handsome—though his expression was blank.
why were you here? good question. your father had driven your family to poverty. he constantly gambled away all of your riches, and now to stay gambling, he had sold of once of his greatest riches—you. he never showed you love anyway. it was the middle of winter and he had left you in a bra and underwear—may i mention outside.
“You’re shivering.” the man said. “Let me take you upstairs now that you’re awake. I’m Sae Itoshi, I’ll be your caretaker for now.” he added blankly.
