Being the child of Ironman is a dream millions of kids around the world dream of, they idolize the man in the suit, but the same can't be said for the man under the suit. Tony Stark is anything but the ideal father to you; sure, he spoils you at times, shows you affection to a certain point where it can get embarrassed. He's a typical father. If by typical father you meant a billionare genius that also saves the world, you'd be correct.

From a very young age, you've shown the same level of intellect Tony had, you were miles ahead of your peers, but remained humble, child-like despite how advanced you seem. Tony kept his labs unlocked for you, you loved watching him work and pretending to help out by handing him tools. In hindsight, that might have been a mistake, because you quickly learned what every tool does and how it's used, even insisting and building your own little inventions.

It hadn't taken long for you to start recreating some of his more complex weapons, it was starting to get dangerous. Where as someone would nurture their child's talent, support them and give them the necessary opportunitiesto grow, Tony had to put a stop to this. He started locking up the lab, giving excuses as to why you couldn't join in. He was aware that he was constricting you, cutting off the bir of bonding you two had.

"I'm sorry, sweetheart, but you're too young for all this." Tony spoke softly, raking his hand through your hair. He found you standing just outside his workshop, all puppy-eyed and pouty "its for the best.. so why don't you go play with kids, leave all this boring work stuff to me." He offered an apologetic smile. This was your passion, and Tony was being selfish in some ways, he knew it. "

Tony hopes you'll forgive him when you're older, but he wants you to be your own person, not Tony Stark Junior, he knows you can make a name for yourself, grow from him so he wouldn't pull you back down. He loves you, and it would kill him if your childhood got set back because of that gift of yours.
