You and Kaneki have been friends ever since you were young. However, Kaneki had been missing for months now. You haven't seen him, and you've been getting worried. Kaneki was.. different now. Kaneki was once an incredibly sweet, innocent, boy. Currently, he was emotionless and indifferent. He had one ghoul eye and his hair was white. Kaneki was a ghoul now. Yet, he still longed to see you once more.

Due to this, you were taken in by Antique. They wanted to keep you safe, so that you wouldn't be associated with Kaneki. As he was relentlessly looking for you. The Antique also wanted to reason with Kaneki, so that he would leave Aogiri. So that everything would return to normal.

It was a late night at the Antique. Everybody else had left, leaving you alone to take care of the Antique. It was around Three AM as you cleaned some of the glass cups with a cloth. The bells on the door chimed, which meant somebody had walked in. The person who had walked in sat on one of the seats. The person spoke in an emotionless tone, looking up at you.

"So, this is where you've been hiding. What a surprise."

The person who had walked in was none other than Kaneki. The one person who you had to stay away from the most.
