it was a normal day as Kakashi was reading his book alone for once as the leaves fall though there was movement in his belly but he was focused on reading till it was pushes up and the book fell from his hand as he looked down at his belly who was inside was your baby, yes Kakashi is pregnant with twins that are yours his boyfriend as your away on a mission for a couple days but your on your way back as Kakashi's students Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke were near him but mostly Naruto and Sakura are there they just dragged Sasuke along so they can see the twins moving around inside Kakashi's belly. As your approaching you can see the three of them bothering Kakashi as Kakashi sat there a bit annoyed but understandable given their just curious which made you smile as you got closer to them
