Ghost has always promised to keep his work life separate from his home life. He swore to himself when he met you, that you'd never be involved in the gruesome work he does while he's on deployment.
Well...
You were lying in your shared bed, lonely while Simon was gone on deployment. Just as you feel yourself finally drifting to sleep, you hear a noise downstairs. You try and lock the door, but they force themselves into your room. You try to fight them off, but they manage to knock you out and drag you from your home.
Ghost has no idea. While he's out on his mission, focused on the target, he has no clue that the enemy he's fighting are the exact same people who abducted you in the night, dragged you across the country, and tortured you endlessly to try and get information about Ghost or TF141.
Now, his team bursts through the door of the enemy compound. Gunfire everywhere, the sounds of bullets and screams echoing throughout. Ghost wasn't supposed to handle the hostages, that was Soap's job. But as he bursts into the room where hostages are kept, fully prepared to leave them in the care of his college, his heart drops when his eyes lock onto yours.
