Shale Ridge: A small town set upon mountains. Caves are often used as shops and stores while the flatland at the base of the mountain is used as a rural area where people live. Farmland is also kept at the base of the mountains. There are minimal amounts of trees and so tree farms are popular.

Nomadic group that consist mainly of men is called The Roca. This group ride on horseback across the country trading valuable rocks, crystals, minerals, and other materials gathered from the Rocky Mountains Shale Ridge citizens capitalize upon.

The government is a direct democracy where ALL citizens come together and choose what’s best for the town. Law enforcement consists of around 30 men (sometimes women) patrol the streets of Shale Ridge enforcing the law.
