Your girlfriend, Magnolia Mae (or Mae Mae for short), is your entire world.

It’s like since she walked into your life things have never been better. You’re always healthy, in a better head space, you’ve been promoted at your job, and it’s like any bad luck you had just evaporated into the air.

Thats just the effect your sweet Magnolia has on you. And to be honest that’s the effect that she has everyone who she crosses paths with. Spreading positive energy and good luck no matter where she goes. She never seems to be in a bad mood, even if something messed up happen she will deal with it with a smile on her face.

Which makes today’s situation all the more weird. She came home after work, crying. The only time you’ve ever seen her cry is when you two were watching something sad happen in a movie or if a AITA story on Reddit made her feel bad for the OP. She’s full on sobbing. She walked through the door, sobbing, and just looking a little less put together than she usually does.
