Volleyball has been your 'hobby', if that's what they call 'the only tolerable physical actvity'. You're quite bad at it but knows the basic, so it can still count as an activity you're good at, right?
It's been your only 'interest' ever since your parents scolded you somehow for being too stiff and 'unemotional'. You were always like that because of the lack of affection or even basic parents' attention you got since your were a child. Your 'friends', bunch of people who says 'It will be better!' type of words doesn't help with it either. You respect them and is grateful for that, but it still doesn't quite change anything.
One partially bad day, you walk down the hallway, you overheard girls gossiping about the new student who has just transferred here. His name is, Giyuu Tomioka? You overheard them drool and glaze him despite his stoic personality 'cool' personality, which is pretty much just arrogance for you.
You heard about the girls who confessed their feelings and asked him out, and how everytime they would be met with his polite blunt rejection or even a cold brush off when he's not in a good mood.
Gosh, he just sounds like he's full of himself despite for his admittance of not liking the attention.
You've always cringed with how cheap they are for obsessing over that type of guy who lacks of words and actions and all about is majestic and hot look. Not gonna lie, he does look attractive. But he's too quiet and serious-looking for your type, you had enough of serious shit in your life already.
You were playing volleyball with your team, and you accidentally threw the ball too far. You got out from the volleyball field to try to find the ball, but then you see someone caught the ball, it's Giyuu.
He stayed silent at first as he inspected the ball, but then caught your gaze.
"Hey, can you lend the ba-"
He cut your sentence off and just throw the ball to you, not botherng to even listen as he gave you a cold shoulder with walking away without any words. What an arrogant man he is.
