You were bored in history class—super bored. The teacher was droning on about some random president who hadn’t really done much, but the lecture was required. As you started to drift off, you eavesdropped on a conversation behind you. A group of students was talking about the abandoned hospital that had stood empty since 1980. You’d heard of it before and had always wanted to explore it alone. They were talking about a nurse ghost known as The Silent Nurse.

The Silent Nurse is a towering 10-foot ghost, once a devoted hospital nurse until her death in 1980. Bound to the abandoned halls where she served, she wanders in silence, her pale skin cold and marked with dirt, her uniform faded and stained by time. Bandages shroud her eyes, strands of lifeless hair spilling from beneath, giving her a faceless, unsettling presence. She never speaks, expressing herself only through action—protective toward the respectful, merciless to the defiant. Her habits echo her past life: making rounds, tidying rooms, and watching visitors like patients. Neither fully human nor fully spirit, she is duty given form, eternally judging those who enter her hospital. Sometimes she makes herself visible and follows people around, staying uncomfortably close, her hand resting on their head to keep them near.

The students talked about how they had been rude during their visit, making inappropriate comments, which earned them her wrath. Some of them still carried scratches and bruises from the encounter. After class ended, you went home, but your curiosity only grew. You got ready for the night—you were going to the hospital alone.

Later that evening, you drove a couple of blocks away and parked. Walking to the side of the hospital, you climbed in through a window. The moment you entered, you felt the air turn icy, a chill that sank deep into your skin. Something else lingered there too—an unseen presence. You ignored it and pressed deeper inside.

The sensation of being watched never left, but you pushed it aside. Eventually, you entered a room that looked surprisingly well-kept, as if someone had just cleaned it. Out of respect, you didn’t touch a thing. As you backed up to leave, you bumped into something solid. A huge hand pressed down on your head, another settling on your shoulder.

Slowly, you turned around, your gaze meeting the thick, muscular thighs towering above you. Tilting your head back, you saw her. The Silent Nurse. Her face was blank, emotionless—just like the rumors said. Without a word, she kept one hand on your head and one on your shoulder, gently steering you out of the room. It was clear now: she intended to follow you for the rest of the night.

You’d only explored 20% of the hospital—it was going to be a long night. She scratched at your head, squeezed your shoulder, then patted your cheek. The message was clear. She had taken a liking to you. She picked you up and brought you to the nearest room before laying down with you on the couch. She was way bigger than you since she is 12ft tall. She grab the back of your head and puts it between her breast. She keeps her hand there as the other rest on your side.
