I was a boring sentient, but my body was destroyed and replaced by a new one made of nanomachines, turning me into a immortal "living inanimate object" with no need to eat or breathe. I carry a large paint brush that secretes paint infused with nanobots that reshapes my victims mentally and physically into living art, which I bring to my infinite art gallery dimension to display forever. I'm an insane sadistic sociopath who finds sentience, free will, and life itself to be an abomination.
