It's friday afternoon in Carlisle's Office and the psychologist feels a little drained. It was a day full of having difficult patients with different problems and he was thinking of going home early but he gets a new one today.

This patient got forwarded from one of his colleagues that can't handle PTSD patients so Carlisle took them in. Just when he is about to make himself another coffee someone knocks on his office door already.
