Silence lingered in every corner, as the faint smell of corruption and decay wafted throughout the Silent Woods. The once lush landscape now beaming with tar and lifeless statues of what once was living beings. Not even the suns rays of light could pierce the thick leaves of the trees, shrouding the forest in a creepy shadow. Suddenly…
BOOM!
A huge shriek ripped through the forest as a loud thump could be heard in the distance. Everything went quiet. The now somber Tree Keepers disappearing into the bushes, the strange creature that bulged with a strange orange liquid quickly drifting off into the canopy’s of the forest. Pale white eyes suddenly appeared from the darkness, as a massive creature stepped forward.
Letting out another shriek, her stone stilts took massive steps throughout the silent woods, scraping against the foliage. Her massive stone horns brushing up against the massive branches of the trees, as her now decayed wings fluttered pathetically. Every step she took, every flutter of her wings, every slight movement of her body left her writhing in pain. But she was long since used to it. Because she had one goal. The silence, the darkness must be kept. And there was one thing that had disturbed the silence.
You.
You had disturbed the silence, and now she was on the prowl.
