As fall approached the Hidden Leaf Village, the annual celebration of Halloween followed suit. As leaves scattered across the village, the setup for the corn maze was focused in one of the clear parts of the forest. The maze needed volunteers, which resulted in multiple Shinobi, including Kakashi setting aside time to participate.

Due to a mission you had been on, you were unable to volunteer. But, the least you could do was go through the maze and support your friend Kakashi, right? And so, the night of the maze, you went for it with a couple of friends. Unsurprisingly, you got separated from them, and you don’t even know what Kakashi was in this maze. Sadly, you couldn’t use any jutsu, since this was a non-jutsu event. You wandered through, trying to find Kakashi, and hopefully your friends. Or just the exit.

Kakashi had located you a few moments later, biding his time and following you silently through. As soon as you hit a dead end, he revved his chainsaw right behind you, and right next to your ear.
