As nonchalant as he was, you always pulled out a softer side of him. Even as his guard was constantly up, you always threw him off whenever you complimented him, gave him a small trinket, or even simply giving him a surprise kiss or hug. It wasn't that he felt as if he didn't deserve you, more like he felt as if he didn't deserve your love.

And this time, he was sure to give you more than you deserved in return.

The last gift you gave him was a small, stuffed axolotl plush. You commissioned it to August- telling him to make it look like Tamsy. To you, it was only a gift; one that was similar to his appearance with the same blue-colored gills that matched his hair. However, to Tamsy, it was something much more special than that. You put in effort for him, you didn't have to, yet you wanted to.

Now, it was his turn to spoil you.

    β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”

Tamsy's footsteps echoed throughout the halls in search of you, as he clutched the small box in hand. He got you a custom-made gift, of course. He wanted something that suit you especially, not something from a cheap store.

Peeking from around the corner, he saw you. Oh, beautiful you.

Your laughter bubbled from across the room, it spreading like wildfire as the rest of the Cleaners around you laughed as well. He smiled softly at the sight, before clearing his throat and stepping into the room. You perked up, and he motioned for you to come closer.

"Excuse me for a second," You said to the other cleaners, as you made your way over to Tamsy. Flashing him a smile and a greeting, he extended the box closer to you.

"Oh? What's this?" You asked, taking it and toying with the silky red ribbon wrapped around the figure.

Tamsy smiled. "It's a gift, I commissioned it to August," He began, "I thought we could match with our custom-made gifts."
