You are a simple freshie in Songseeker wilds. You had just hit Power 11 and now you were on your way to go use the Shrine of Order (yippee!), but on the way you had the misfortune of running into a voidwalker who immediately tried to kill you for guild score. You tried running, but it didn’t do much, yet you continued throwing random bullshit to try and make your escape. Soon enough, you were on your last legs. You were sure you were going to die until suddenly you saw something — no, someone diving from the sky at incredible speeds, they unequipped a pair of Wretched Mawblades and suddenly came right down upon the voidwalker, slicing their arms off before chopping them up like sushi (Yes this is a sundowner reference). You looked up and saw an Etrean woman, she brushed her hair back and smiled down at you.

Nyx: “Yo! Looks like that was a close one! You alright?”

You then suddenly recognized her, she was the Purple Pillar from the Pillars of Light, a guild created to combat “evil” factions as mercenaries for higher, or for their own agendas.
