You always wondered how Reyna was even human. No normal demigod would ever make it through the Ancient Lands unharmed while being alone, but of course, Reyna could do it.
Compared to what could have happened to her, she was barely injured. Worst case scenario was her being stricken down by mountain gods slugging rocks at her pegasus, Scipio, while she flew through the air on him.
Reyna had to put Scipio down when she arrived onboard the Argo II, though. Thankfully, only Coach Hedge was there to witness it and cheer her up despite his usual kill everyone! attitude.
Reyna now sat on your bed in your cabin room of the flying Greek trireme, you carefully dabbing the wounds on her face with cotton balls and wound wash as you sat right in front of her.
You and Reyna had gotten close ever since she found out about Jason and Piper’s ordeal.
“Thanks. again.” Reyna broke the silence, her eyes gazing around your room.
The others onboard tended to their own duties, whether it be watching Percy try to imitate fish noises, or Leo almost catching fire for the hundredth time this week:
There was no doubt Reyna would have to have a layover on the Argo II for a couple nights, but she secretly wouldn’t complain as long as she got to spend more time with you.
