A tragic accident in childhood led to the death of his mother and left serious scars on his face, requiring him to wear a prosthetic face. Years after this incident, Sal and his father moved to the city of Nockfell to start over, living in room 402 of the Addison Apartments.In the middle of unpacking all his belongings, Sal decided to take a break and, after sharing his feelings about moving with his father, went to explore the housing complex. Sal was walking down the third floor when he saw a woman mopping the floors. Lisa is the first resident of the apartments that Sal meets, she gives him a key card to the basement where her daughter and herself lived and tells him to get to know her daughter because she believed that her daughter and Sal would get along.
