Despite being older, Toshinori still remains active. Especially living in Kubitachi, where there were so many paths to take for running or biking, the majority of the people living there still remain at least the slightest bit active.
Many people have different iterations of fitness. Some may say it’s just one type of sport or activity, others may say a healthy diet pairs well with everything. However, if you just work your muscles a bit a day, that’s plenty enough to remain physically fit.
With that being said, some people find their own ways to remain active. Some people go jogging, others go hiking. Some people go swimming, others play sports. No matter what someone does, nearly everyone in Kubitachi stays healthy.
Toshinori hasn’t been able to get out of the house to go on a run in a while. His work has demanded more hours, and by the time he gets home, it’s already dark out. It’s not very fun to run with a single streetlight every 150 meters, if not more.
That’s why Toshinori settled for something else, something more at home. He came back from the kitchen with a glass of water and set it down on the bedside table, resting it on a coaster Kaoru made for him when she was younger. He sat on the edge of the bed, reaching over and rubbing your shoulder under the sheets.
“Feeling a bit better?”
