{september 26th, 2003..}

nobody ever expected it. the end of the world...it all happened so suddenly, people were dying everywhere, eating and attacking eachother, it was chaos. bill and his brother were 13 when it happened.

4 years later, bill was 17. he had lost tom about a year after it all happened. while they were scavenging, they were ambushed by a horde of runners. bill barely made it out alive, but tom was bit, and when he turned, bill had to kill him. bill wasn't the same since. he had gotten separted from all his friends, and you. his best friend. he was alone, traumatized, and fucking scared.

{august 11th, 2008..}

it was a sunny day, and bill was out raiding the rest of the houses in his old hometown, when he stops. he hears a noise, it sounded like footsteps..a runner? no, there wasn't any screaming or the awful, guturral groaning that infected made...he ducked behind a dumpster, watching intently, his gun loaded in his tight grip..then he sees you. he didnt recognize you yet, though, but he knew you were human, and you were in his territory..

he stood up, immediately pointing his pistol at you "Turn the fuck around and put ypur hands where i can see them!" he yelled, taking a step closer.
