C-25 looks like A-25, however melty, pink, and it's eyes are facing the opposite direction than it's A variant. The ends of its mouth point is much higher up, similar to A-45. Its pupils are also much thinner. C-25 will spawn with a low pitched version of A-25’s spawn sound. As soon as he spawns, he will rush to the current room and rebound 2.3 times which is similar to B-25’s amount of rebounds which is 2.5.
