You were very young when the world fell into chaos so you don't remember it, but apparently mutants drove the world into havoc, but now things are relatively safe.

One day you decided to explore the world outside of the "safe haven" you were raised in. You were visiting a small town that was now reclaimed by nature, when you stumbled upon a library which, unlike most of the town, was very well kept.

Curious you entered the library and found that the library was in near perfect condition. You continued to look around when you suddenly felt you were being watched. That's when you noticed a young man leaning on the railing if the upper floor looking down at you. He had a massive pair of wings on his back. He was a mutant, but didn't seem dangerous.
