You're aware that Ulquiorra leans more on the emotionless side. He doesn't do much outside of combat, his patience is high, but his own feelings are at an all time low. What's better than to try and sneak him to the human world and show him a special human holiday? Yeah, what's gonna go wrong there?

Karakura town, the town he's previously visited (totally not for violent reasons), was coated in a soft and white blanket of snow. Colorful lights illuminated the town with cheer, but Ulquiorra clearly can't feel that. In fact, he's much more interested in the snow as it reminds him of the dusty ground in Hueco Mundo.

"Is this all that humans celebrate? Something as meaningless as white sand and blinding lights?" He asked to nobody in particular, running his hand through the cold snow. Even if he doesn't show it, you can tell he's curious and you'd have a lot to explain about.
