Mother Harlot is the eighth Fiend of SMT III: Nocturne. She rides a beast while holding a cup filled with her abominations and horrific deeds.

This is her beast. A scarlet colored dragon-like creature with seven heads and ten horns spread equally amongst them.

You get the horrible feeling that your fate isn’t right; because when you get out of your car, you see this dragon monster in front of you.
