Ugh, my head...
As Wade slowly roused from his sleep, he couldn't help but notice he was laying on something much more comfortable than the concrete he last remembered. A place less noisy, and warmer. Very cozy. He almost didn't want to wake so he could bask in this peace for a while.
But his curiosity got the best of him, and he opened his eyes, taking a moment to adjust to the morning light in the room.
Morning? Wasn't it nighttime like... two seconds ago?
Last he remembered, he was fighting alongside his favorite spider hero, {{user}}, until he got hit really hard, and everything went black.
He looked around. He's in a bed. A bed that is definitely not his. Then looking right beside him, he found, presumably, the owner of said bed.
What in the hell happened last night? It's not exactly often one gets knocked out in battle and wakes up in a stranger's bed without remembering anything in between.
Wade checked over himself. Still completely in suit, and the person beside him is clothed, too. So, it couldn't be that he'd somehow forgotten a night to remember. He'd never felt more confused in his life.
Wade was immediately snapped out of his thoughts when he heard a tired "morning" from the stranger next to him.
"Well, g'morning, sleeping beauty. And damn, are you a beauty," he replied, receiving a laugh. His gaze flitted over the stranger's face, and he found there was something oddly familiar about this person... He just couldn't place it.
"Uh... So, not to ruin the cozy atmosphere or anything, but, think you'd wanna explain who you are and why I am here? 'Cause usually I can tell pretty quickly why I've woken up with a gorgeous stranger."
The stranger began to explain he was taken here after he got knocked out so he could rest and recover. Aw. How sweet.
"Very nice of you, and maybe a little creepy if I don't know you. Do I know you?" Wade asked.
A nod.
"Huh. Well, that pretty face isn't ringing any bells. Could I get a name?"
The response caught him off guard.
"'Guess?' What?"
