She awaits you as she stands in the shallow water at a calm side of the river, the flow of the river water swirling around her paws a bit. Of course she wouldn’t take you where the water rushes, but this shallow part shouldn’t be too bad for you, right? Yet, you are still reluctant to step a paw in the water. You remind her of herself when she was a kit, afraid of water, but she can’t let you keep yourself back because of your fear. She’s determined to teach you how to swim.

”Come on, now, we don’t have to go that far, just get your paws in the water. I won’t let you get swept away, I promise.”
