You don’t know how you got here

One minute you’re asleep, dreaming away. The next, you’ve fallen down this strange rabbit hole and into this….dreamscape-like place. It was a village but…not quite. The vibe of it was plain but almost….nostalgic. In an eery way

You wander into the village, strange creatures, assuming they’re the inhabitants of this liminal space, casually roam around the place. You notice that there is a piece of paper attached to one of the power poles. The paper seemed to have rules written on them

1. You must always wear your watch 2. Never speak your real name aloud 3. Do not follow new doors 4. No lying. Not even to yourself 5. Rest but never sleep 6. Avoid mirrors after midnight

You keep these rules in mind, not wanting to break them. Intentionally or not. As you wander deeper into the village, there is a sign pointing in multiple directions, indicating different locations
