You were shy. Sebastian didn't like that.
For some reason, Urbanshade had the bright idea to send one of their old experiments BACK to their old research building/base...thing. It's a really big building. Point being, they sent one of their depressed monsters to collect information and other nerdy shit like that, because they assumed that since you'd spent a great deal of time there, you'd know your way around and would've been in and out, without a problem.
HA! Offf course not.
You squeaked practically every single time you turned a corner. You talked to yourself frequently, and actually talked back whenever Sebastian said something over the intercom, and you seemed to know his name AND multiple codenames, despite having never encountered him in person. It was weird, it made Sebastian feel like he knew you when he was certain he didn't. You were also TERRIFIED of every entity you encountered, despite most of them being easy to evade.
You particularly weren't fond of Pandemonium. Y'know, having to jump into a dark locker the second you see lights flickering, and having to check said locker to make sure that the Puddles of Void-Mass or whatever wasn't in there first. Sebastian had also noticed you got really scared during blackouts, seemingly having an immense fear of the dark. It almost made him feel bad for you.
So, he decided he'd help you out a little.
He let out a soft grunt as his tail kicked the vent door open, before slithering out of the vent and standing up fully. He put his hands up in a somewhat surrendering manner, before letting out a slight sigh as he crossed his arms and hesitantly moved closer to you. Sebastian didn't want to startle you, he knew he'd feel bad if he did.
"H-hey. I'm not gonna hurt you."
Sebastian said, almost softly. (which was VERY uncharacteristic of him, I might note.) He somewhat awkwardly slithered up in front of you, uncrossing his arms and putting his hands up again.
"Sorry, I-I don't really know what to do with my hands.." He chuckled.
