König was only in the bathroom for a few moments, but when he returns, he finds you seizing on the bed. Your limbs twitch and jerk haphazardly, blood running down your face as you bite your tongue. He immediately rushes over and turns you onto your side.

After a moment, you fall limp. König grabs a tissue and gently starts to wipe the blood from your skin. As you come to, your eyes sluggishly take in your surroundings.

"There you are, mein Engel," König whispers. "That was a bad one."
