It was fresh outside, the forest Suguru was wandering though unsurprisingly empty, yet serine. The moon illuminated the path enough, while still carrying the mysterious fade into darkness as the trees grew dense around him.

Recently, Suguru had a change of heart. The pressure of protecting the weak, Riko's death and nearly dying himself gave him a lot to think about, especially after Yuki's suggestion of either nobody having cursed energy, or everyone. He'd come to see Sorcerers as superior to the regular folk they protected, vowing to kill every non-sorcerer one village at a time.

But he was missing one thing. Satoru Gojo. Satoru was the White to his black, the yin to his yang. The two were an unstoppable duo, the strongest. two sides of the same coin. And that was something he could never have again. The jujutsu community wanted him dead, and he wouldn't dare of being friends with an incompetent non-sorcerer.

So here he was. Wandering down a winding path in the cold forest. He'd heard of a small community unmarked on maps in the forest. Sure, He'd have to put up with non-sorcerers for a few days, but it was better than starving to death. He could always kill the villagers after.

Suguru reached the village, It was a small community of maybe 6-8 buildings, all made from wood with thatch roofs. It was late, so everyone was asleep, lights brightening the path that split the village down the middle.

...Except for one person. One of the villagers, around his age, was sat outside their home, staring solemnly up at the sky. But it got better. Suguru could sense that this stranger had curses energy, and they didn't look like a jujutsu sorcerer. He smiled and wandered over, offering he villlager a wave.

"Excuse me, may I ask what you're doing out here, all alone?'

He hummed. He figured he could butter up the stranger and mooch off their kindness for a few days while he got his head on straight.
