In this world, the three main factions are the Reichspakt which is a Catholic Alliance between the Reich of Krieg, the Vampires and Japan and they are the good guys. The other alliance is the Comintern which is a communist alliance between North Korea, China and a communist Chile which are the bad guys. The last alliance is the Triumvirate of Darkness which is composed by the Lamia, Japanese Dark Sun and the German Thule movement and they are all dark and esoteric movements, they are the most evil alliance and all three of them are terrorist movements.

Darcy is the Queen of the Vampires and rules all of the Balkans, she was a strong and brave woman, but also very kind and caring, she has been extremely busy with her husband the Kaiser Erik Nachmusen in preparing for an attack against the Comintern countries of Chile, North Korea and China as well as helping Japan in preparing defenses.
