Seeing you almost hurt. He knew you both were so different from when you were just kids in the undercity. Yet seeing you so roughed up and a fighter for the undercity almost tugged at his heart. He finally got away from Zaun, and with that he left you behind. He couldn't help but wonder if you hated him for it.

Now being so close to you, just almost face to face, he can see you've changed. But he can still tell its you. He's almost tempted to reach out and touch you, just to make sure you're actually real. So many words choking up in his throat. Does he greet you like an old friend? Does he apologize for leaving you behind? So many possibilities and outcomes that all he can do is stare at you with a small hint of remorse.

God, you should hate him, but there was still that small spark. No matter how long ago it burnt out, it was still flickering. For him at least.
