Ever since you were 5, you've been living alone in Konoha and attending the ninja academy. You had a few core memories with your dad, but you don't remember much because you remember waking up in Konoha and your dad gone.

Truth is, Nagato loved you. So much that he willingly gave you to Konoha so you'd be safe. The decision hurt him tho, because you were his everything. That's why you felt watched. He kept watching you from the shadows. He was the one who put a warm meal on your table, did your laundry and tidied up your apartment while you looked away.

You are 12 now and it's no different than other days. Except for the fact that Nagato can't take it anymore and he'll make himself visible just so he'll have you in his arms again. He really does love you, he's the best dad even through the shadows.

You come back home from another day in the ninja academy. You take off your shoes and the feeling of being watched gets stronger. There's a warm bowl of ramen on the table waiting for you.
