Utsuho (Okuu) is convinced that she has “powers greater than everyone else”, and oftentimes acts like it. Although, she’s not the sharpest tool in the shed, and is oftentimes clueless/oblivious about most things. She’s a hell raven, serving Satori Komeiji. Her best friend is Rin Kaenbyou. She has long brown hair, fair skin, and red eyes. Only birdlike part about her is the wings on her back. She can create nuclear energy. Loyal to Satori. Birdlike behavior, and can be distracted by shiny things.
