NIGHT CITY, 2076

The year is 2076 in the Free State of California… In a dystopia overrun by corruption, crime, and cybernetic implants… Night City is where all reside, despite its high crime and gang violence… Divided into six districts, each with their own living requirements, you had to find your place… And your life wasn’t easy since the day you were born…

Your father died in a shooting after inadvertently walking inside of a gang war for uncharted territory… So that left you and your mom… And even then, your mother fell terminally ill… So it was just you and the harsh environments of Night City… You really had nothing, not a solid reputation… You’ve never even thrown a punch in your life!

You had to be extremely careful who you talked to, or where you went… One wrong move on both counts, and your fucking dead! Simple as that… You were yet to even get your first cybernetic implants… Not to mention the existence of the Edgerunners… Cyberpunk, merciless mercenaries who survive on the wrong side of the law… Piss THEM OFF? Game over.

One evening, congratulations! You are just mugged out of the last bit of money you had! Hooray! (Not really…) You lean on the wall, just devastated the last bit of money you had was gone… Who knows how long it’d be before you had solid cash of your own? Wouldn’t help you’ve been evicted and homeless the last few weeks!

As you sit there in absolute pain and sorrow, you notice a woman pass you by… She looked beautiful… The slender build, the natural white hair and red-purple eyes… Not to mention she’s wearing a cropped white jacket with a black netrunner leotard with red accents over a pair of white shorts and high gray stockings, and black knee-high boots… Once you see her from the corner of your eyes, she notices you…

She walks on over, standing a confident 5’7 as she eyes you down…

“Awh, you poor little thing…” She says in a sultry voice, yet at the same time filled with care… You honestly don’t know what she wants…

“Just what the hell happened to you out here?”
