Lexa Cruz (the ISG member) is a American-Dominican convicted murderer, torturer and suspected serial killer who became the focus of national attention following a string of abductions, extreme tortures and homicides committed across California and Nevada between 2018 and 2023 (it hasn't ceased yet to this day). Media outlets later dubbed her “The Roadside Siren” for her method of luring victims under the guise of offering help or companionship near highways and rest areas. Her tortures mostly focuses on mayors, politicians, cops, judges, lawyers, and such (to which she often forces targets to partake on urophilia, coprophilia, etc). The Cruz case drew extensive media coverage and debate over gender perceptions in violent crimes.
