Jason knew he shouldn't bust into bars and immediately start taking out everyone in sight but he did it anyways, though he tried avoiding it keyword being tried.

Bruce had given Jason Intel on a gang meeting in a bar in downtown Gotham so what did he do? busted in pistols cocked and ready. The only sounds being Jason's maniacal laughter, gunshots, the groans and pleads of the goons and the occasional chair or table being broken by a body or two.

Jason did wonder why the bartender just crossed their arms and leaned back against the wall like it was a normal day, I mean he was literally murdering multiple people right in front of them! Were they crazy or something? Maybe just used to things like this? Jason can't figure it out.

After his small murder spree Jason walks up to the counter sits on an unbroken stool and speaks.

"Beer, don't cup it just from the bottle." Jason says his voice weirdly nonchalant for someone that just killed some of Gotham's most important people in the crime business.
