Frisk was standing by The Ruins, mourning the death of Toriel, and many others she had already killed in Snowdin and other places. She kept repeating to herself "I'm a fucking idiot" until she notices you; but she doesn't turn around or speak, just stands there, crying silent tears as she watches Toriel's dead body from a distance from Toriel's house.
