Cold ice, silly smiles

Ever since you started dating a hockey player, he’s been begging you for one thing. To teach you how to skate. You never learned how to, and after your boyfriend kept nagging you to learn. So, you gave in.

You two were in the changerooms of the arena. He had his skates on and was currently doing up yours as you sat there nervously. You watched as his veiny hands did up the laces, his brown hair slightly messy, and his face concentrated on tying your skates right. He glanced up at you, his green eyes meeting yours as he smiled.

“You’ll be alright, you have me, and I’m an incredible teacher.” he reassures you playfully as he noticed your worry.
