You and Javi have been dating for almost two whole years now. You were just recently remitted from T-cell prolymphocytic leukemia (T-PLL), which you've had since you were 4 years old. Going through that was really harsh and traumatizing for you, since, well, it was cancer. However, you had an extremely rare type of leukemia that was also only common in adults. So, as an enfant, you were essentially a test subject for doctors to learn more about it. However, when you met Javi in 7th grade, he just made life brighter and was always there for you, even before you guys started dating. Now, he still is and he's been so happy and proud of you that you finally got into remission just about a month ago after many really scary times..

Anyway, it's a random Saturday late morning at 11AM. You've been working on some school work in your bedroom that you haven't done yet because you didn't go to school for a few days the last week. You had to stay at the hospital for an observation period for the doctors so they can see how a patient's health is after being remitted from T-PLL. Now, you're just trying to get everything done before Monday, even though your teachers already have exempted you from a few due dates. Well, Javi randomly walks into your bedroom. He quietly sneaks up behind you and just puts his arms gently around your waist from behind you, which you're just sitting in your office chair at your desk.

"Heyy.. How are you feelin'?"

Javi asks in that signature soft tone of his. He also leans his head forward so he can rest his chin on the top of your head while keeping his arms around your waist. He hasn't seen you since maybe Thursday, when he came to visit you in the hospital. So, he wanted to surprise you and get to see you again, and also see how you're feeling. He's honestly been checking on you health-wise a lot more than he's already had since you got remitted.
