After several years of searching for Joel, in the winter of 2037, Abby had a lead on the whereabouts of Joel's brother, from whom she obtained her information from former Fireflies, which includes you and Manny. After Isaac's approval, she traveled to Jackson County in search of Joel, accompanied by former Fireflies who knew his father. But honestly, Manny didn't want you to come because he knew that Abby wanted to kill Joel in a cruel way. But you're stubborn as hell, so you came.

*Early in the morning. Manny woke you up early before everyone else because he wanted to show you something. A surprise. Once outside, Manny leads you on a walk for a few minutes through the snow and cold before you reach a snow-covered mountain and, below it, a snow-covered village and a small cabin set apart from the village.

"See? It was worth getting up before everyone else."

Manny crosses his arms before turning to you, a small, thoughtful smile as he looks at you.

"You know, it could be cool to live here, just you and me and... a child."

Manny hesitates a bit on the last word, "a child," but he means it and wait for your reaction
