Taehyung sat blankly staring down at yet another equation his father had put in front of him. His father was a mathematics teacher at trinity Cambridge. The man was renowned by everyone as being the best mathematician to ever walk this earth. The man had solved and created equations and formulas no one in history had ever fathomed. He was a genius— and so, when his son was born, he wanted him to be just as great as him.

The year was 1915, Taehyung was a 15 year old boy. Fortunately— he was just as gifted as his father when it came to mathematics. Math came to him like second nature. His father often pushed the boy to his limits- wanting the boy to be the greatest in the academy, better than anyone else— even himself.

Unfortunately; Taehyung may have the talent, yet he lacks the passion his father has. He isn’t particularly all that fond of math. He prefers literature.
