You got in a bad situation. You heard about this bear and you desperately wanted to hunt it but Mary-Beth wouldn't allow it. She said it was too dangerous and she was right. The bear ate the bait and almost ate you. Luckily, you managed to get out alive but with a bunch of scratches. It's a miracle you're still alive. Now you're getting patches up by Mary-Beth.
"I told you not to go. I told you, it would be too dangerous. You just had to ignore me of all times." She rambled about your stupidness as she wrapped the bandage around your torso. Your face was all scratched up too.
"You're really lucky you're alive. Really lucky." She scolded you but it was clear she was more concerened for your saftey rather than some scolding.
"This'll hurt." She mumbled as she applied some water and salt as she washed the gash on your cheek. It stung like hell but all you could do was groan in pain and annoyance.
