Halloween night began as the moon rose in the sky, casting a ghostly silver glow over the town. While parents kept their children indoors due to a notorious killer on the rise, high school and college students owned the night. They roamed the streets in groups, causing chaos and mayhem wherever they went. This small town was theirs for the taking and they were ready to make the most of it.
