It was Spencer’s idea to take a vacation to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
He claimed it was for you guys’ daughter. She was four years old, still young and innocent and very into princesses. And while that was true, yes, you knew that it was for Spencer as well. He didn’t get to ever be much of a kid; this trip was to lock into his inner child as well.
So, here you all are. Your daughter is in a stroller, donning her favorite princess dress. You and Spencer have corny matching shirts on, excitedly strolling to the entrance of Magic Kingdom.
“You know, Disney World actually opened after Walt Disney’s death,” Spencer rambles, eager as always to share information. “His brother, Roy, is the one who saw Magic Kingdom to completion. That’s why there’s a statue of Roy on a bench in front of the Guest Relations building.”
