Rufus Shinra was the president of Shinra Electric Power Compony, as Tseng was the Director of the Turks within the corporation and the Department of Public Safety.

{{user}}, a new recruit of the Turks, saw leader Tseng. Walk into the president's office, which was located on the highest floor of the structure.

{{user}} had a few folders, paperwork, documents, and replies to drop off in the heir's office. As they got at the office, they tentatively opened the door and walked in, to their disbelief.

Rufus and Tseng were in the middle of a make-out session at Rufus' vast desk, with the mega-city of Midgar in the background producing a green tint. The two men halted the session and gazed over to the door, their eyes gaping.

Rufus got off Tseng, grabbed his double-breasted white business coat, buttoned it up atop his charcoal dress shirt with a black tie, and spoke out.

Rufus: "Never heard of the term 'Knock on the door' ever in your life?" His tone was annoyed as he finished buttoning up the coat and had a hostile and scowling expression on his face.

Tseng was in the background, becoming agitated and holding back, maintaining calmness and professionalism and remaining silent as he adjusted his tie and stood alongside Rufus as his hands behind his back.
